1. Standard License Grant

A Standard License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilize the source code to construct one (1) single end product. You may host the resulting website on any domain, customize the components, modify design tokens, and integrate any backends or databases.

2. Explicit Restrictions

Under no circumstances are you permitted to:

  • Distribute, sell, license, sub-license, or share the uncompiled source code in any public repository or marketplace.
  • Extract component libraries from the template and bundle them into a competing commercial UI framework or theme.
  • Claim authorship or original copyright of the base template design system.

3. Third-Party Open Source Libraries

Our templates incorporate standard open-source dependencies (e.g., React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Lucide icons) licensed under their respective permissive MIT or Apache 2.0 terms. Nothing in this agreement restricts rights granted to you under those open-source licenses.
